1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and BTE55 ("BTE55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bte55.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 5 Acceptable Use of the Platform

Subject to these Terms, BTE55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

In connection with your use of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all Applicable Laws;

• Respect all intellectual property rights subsisting in the Content;
• Refrain from accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots or scrapers without prior written authorisation from BTE55;

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate restriction of access and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Unlawful use: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates Applicable Law, including any activity that facilitates or promotes unlawful gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel on the Platform;
• Unauthorised reproduction: Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting or distributing any Content without prior written consent from BTE55;
• System interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or databases; introducing viruses, malware or other harmful code; or disrupting the operation of the Platform in any way;
• Commercial exploitation: Using the Platform or any Content for commercial purposes — including resale, redistribution or sublicensing — without express written authorisation;
• Impersonation: Impersonating BTE55, its editorial team or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform;
• Minor access: Facilitating or enabling access to the Platform by individuals who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement;
• Data harvesting: Collecting, aggregating or processing personal data about other users of the Platform without lawful basis.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, guides, editorial copy, graphics, logos, page layouts, colour schemes, typographic choices and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of BTE55 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Permitted Use

You may access and read Content on the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may share links to pages on the Platform provided you do not misrepresent the source or content of those pages. No other use of the Content is permitted without prior written consent from BTE55.

7.3 Trade Marks

7.4 Feedback

If you submit any feedback, suggestions or ideas to BTE55 through any available contact channel, you grant BTE55 a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

8 Disclaimers

8.1 No Gambling Services

BTE55 is not a gambling operator. The Platform does not provide, facilitate or intermediate any gambling activity. All references to betting markets, casino games, bonus structures, payment methods and operator features are made for informational purposes only.

8.2 Accuracy of Content

While BTE55 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of its Content, we make no warranty — express or implied — that any Content is complete, accurate, up to date or suitable for any particular purpose. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, BTE55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any decision to engage in gambling activity — whether or not informed by Content on the Platform;
• Any losses, debts or financial harm arising from gambling activity conducted through any Third-Party Operator;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BTE55's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in the currency applicable to your jurisdiction, regardless of the form of the claim.

10 Third-Party References and Operator Information

The Platform may contain references to, descriptions of or commentary about Third-Party Operators — including online casinos, sportsbooks and gaming platforms. Such references are made solely for informational and educational purposes. BTE55:

• Does not endorse, recommend or guarantee any Third-Party Operator;
• Does not verify the licensing, regulatory status or financial standing of any Third-Party Operator in real time;
• Is not responsible for the terms, conditions, bonus structures, payment policies or conduct of any Third-Party Operator;

11 Pakistan Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance
